How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in China and Japan will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you accept that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us so that we can follow up.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, sometimes items in the same order will be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. If this is necessary, it will be arranged at no extra cost to you!

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you have paid for your order and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within 45 days (not including 2-5 day processing), please contact us! Depending on what has happened to your shipment, we will either process a refund or a reshipment at no extra cost to you.

If you received the wrong item, or the item has been damaged by the time it gets to you, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Merchant (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of approval.
